How do I get a certificate of insurance?

The easiest way to get a certificate from us is to sign in to your NEXT dashboard account. From there, you’ll be able to quickly and easily generate your own simple certs on demand, or request other types of certs. You’ll also be able to keep track of past certs (and do lots of other things, too).

Please note if you need to make any changes to your policy for a certificate such as a waiver of subrogation or increased limits, that can be requested through our dashboard as well. 

To ensure a smooth and efficient experience when requesting certificates, please make sure to have the following information available:  

• Certificate holder name - the full name of the individual or organization that requires the certificate.
• Certificate holder address -  the complete address of the certificate holder, including street, city, state, and ZIP code.
• Specific wording - the specific requirements or wording they would like to see on the certificate, please provide those details as well. If they have a sample cert or requirements sheet you would like us to review, please send those to our customer support email: [e-mail]
