It's best to contact us through our Customer Dashboard, or by phone at 888-289-2939 with the answers to these questions:

What’s the name of your new payroll company?

What’s the check date for the first payroll file you’ll run with your new payroll company?
- What’s the check date for the last payroll file you plan to run (or have already run) with your old payroll company?
- What is your payroll frequency moving forward (weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, monthly)?
Once we have this info we’ll see if we’re integrated with your new payroll company.
If we are integrated, we’ll receive your payroll files electronically from your new payroll company.
If we’re not integrated, don’t worry! We’ll contact you with info on how to keep your policy active.
