If you receive a late payroll notice, that means that we haven’t received payroll files within the expected timeframe (whatever your payroll frequency is supposed to be).
If you DID run payroll but still got the late payroll notice, that probably means that we were unable to connect to your payroll provider. (Technology is great… when it works.)
In either case, the fastest and easiest way to resolve a late payroll problem is to get in touch with a service team member.
