The fastest and easiest way to add an employee in another state is to send us an email or give us a quick call.
We call this an “endorsement.” Our role is to make this request for you to your carrier. It usually takes 3-5 business days to process.
Typically, we’ll ask you for:
- the new address
- the number of employees in the new state
- their total estimated annual wages
- their job description
- the effective date
Once we have this info, we’ll make the request to your carrier, and then update your policy in our own system, and in the carrier’s system.
You’ll hear from us via email once the endorsement process is completed.
