If your business is regularly closed each year for specific months, please let us know so that we can update our billing system to reflect which months you will not be running payroll. We will also let your carrier know so that they can note your account to not cancel during those months.
Please note though that depending on how many months a year your business is closed, we may not be able to have your policy be on Pay As You Go. In those cases, we would switch your policy to direct bill instead. That would mean that you would pay your carrier directly based on your estimated annual premium rather than having your premium payments linked to your payroll.
