If you manage your workers’ comp policy directly from your payroll service provider (Gusto, Square, Rippling), you can sign in to your payroll provider account there and make any updates to your banking information.
If you use Gusto or Rippling, your updated banking information will be sent to us within 48 hours. If you use Square, please send us a message from your Customer Dash so we can ask Square to send us your updated banking information.
If you have a workers’ comp billing account with NEXT for other payroll providers, follow these steps to update your banking info:
- Sign in to your account.
- On the Billing tab, select “Add Payment Method”.
- In the “Add ACH/Bank Account” window, search for the name of your banking institution or select it from the options provided
- Follow the prompts to login to your bank account (use the same username and password you would normally use to access online banking), then select the account you want to use to pay your workers’ comp premium.
- Select “Submit"!
If you are unable to find your bank, unable to log in with your bank, or simply get an error, you can always click on "Enter bank details manually instead" link and provide routing and bank account numbers, instead.
